The Corn Whisky

Our Corn Style Whisky is essentially made of corn to which we
add small amounts of malted barley, smoked barley, and spelt.
Since corn is extremely rich in sugar, roasted caramel flavor
dominates the ensemble, while the barley and spelt bring mineral
and vegetal notes. The smoked barley adds smoky notes and
balances this round and gourmand spirit.

Unlike American bourbon whiskey we do not age our bourbon
style corn whisky in charred new oak containers.
